Abyss is a boss in X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse and one of Apocalypse's Four Horsemen.
In X-Men Legends II, Abyss is voiced by Quinton Flynn (who also voices Banshee in the game).
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse[]
In the game, Abyss is one of the many villains, who helps Apocalypse in taking over Genosha. Later after capturing Quicksilver (who has Harmonic DNA), Apocalypse leaves the island and leaves Abyss in charge of keeping an eye on Pyro and the other prisoners, while he's gone.
Many hours later, the X-Men and the Brotherhood venture into Genosha to free it from Apocalypse's tyranny. After rescuing Pyro and the other prisoners, they venture into the Genoshan Council, where Abyss is waiting for them. After mocking the X-Men and the Brotherhood for working together, Abyss gleefully confesses about Apocalypse's capture of Quicksilver. After that, he engages the team in battle. He then flees on board a nearby airship, causing them to follow him. Near defeat, Abyss sucks the entire team inside his body to the Brimstone Dimension. However, once inside, they detonate four bombs, which causes the airship to explode and fall to the ground. After this, Abyss is finally defeated.
